"crucifiction?
-Yes!
-Good, first door on the right!"
Monty Python's The life of Brian
For those who don't know already, everything seems to indicate that the bourgeoisie has definitely lost its charm and its discretion. Completely demystified, vulgarized, incapable of being represented, the neo-bourgeois isn't even a subject anymore; he's become embedded in the blue surface, and he has turned his renonciations into the tragicomic wallpaper of the times. Nothing is missing from his place, from his comfort and his ennui. Nothing except perhaps the slightly ticklish feeling of belonging, of being part of the movement of a revolution supposedly made by others, of the circle of creativity, the great guild of artists and their property administrators. The reformist and revolutionnary ideology of art is the new hedge fund of contemporary managers, all these cultivated people casting a glassy eye on this circus that peddles individuals and ideas.
